Every journey is different. These are a few reflections from people who chose to begin.
Shannon has such a warm and genuine approach. I came in nervous and left feeling truly heard for the first time in years. The virtual format made it so much easier to open up.
I didn't know where to start. The wellness check felt gentle, not clinical. By the time I booked a session I already felt like I was in safe hands. That made all the difference.
I was at my lowest point with burnout. Shannon helped me understand what I was feeling wasn't weakness — it was exhaustion that needed care. I'm genuinely grateful.
No question is too small. Here are the ones we hear most often.
Your first session is simply a conversation. the counsellor will take time to understand who you are, what brought you here, and what you're hoping to feel different about. There's no agenda, no pressure, and no expectation to have it all figured out. You just need to show up.
Yes — completely. Everything shared in a session remains private. The only exceptions are situations where there is an immediate risk of harm to yourself or others, as required by professional ethical standards. You can also use our anonymous wellness chat without sharing your name at all.
All sessions are conducted online via a secure video platform. You can join from anywhere — your home, your car, wherever feels most comfortable. You'll receive a link after booking. All you need is a quiet space and a stable internet connection.
Absolutely. You don't need to be in crisis to deserve support. Many people come to therapy to understand themselves better, manage day-to-day stress, or simply have a safe space to think out loud. If something is weighing on you, that's enough reason to reach out.
Our AI Wellness Navigator is a compassionate guide — available 24/7 to listen, help you reflect, and point you toward the right support. It is not a therapist and does not provide clinical care. A session with the counsellor offers professional, evidence-based therapy tailored specifically to you.
Click any "Book Session" link on this page, fill in a few simple details, and the counsellor's team will confirm your appointment within 24 hours. We aim to accommodate new clients as quickly as possible and work around your schedule.
